1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use our Services, and information from third-party service providers that help us operate our business.
a. Information You Provide to Us
Contact Information: your full name, mailing or service address (including pickup and delivery addresses), email address, and mobile phone number.
Account Information: login credentials, scheduling preferences, and other information needed to maintain your customer account.
Payment Information: credit or debit card information, billing address, and transaction history. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, Square, or PayPal) and are not stored on our servers.
Service Preferences and Laundry Notes: detergent and fabric softener preferences, water temperature, drying instructions, special handling notes, garment counts, and other instructions you provide regarding the care of your items.
Communications: messages you send us through email, SMS, web forms, or phone, including customer service inquiries and feedback.
b. Information Collected Automatically
Usage and Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: we and our analytics providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, measure website performance, and improve the Services.
Location Information: approximate location derived from your IP address or pickup/delivery address. We do not collect precise GPS location from your device unless you affirmatively share it with us.

We may receive information about you from our service providers, including our SMS messaging platform, payment processor, scheduling platform, and email marketing tools. We may also receive information from social media platforms if you interact with us through those channels.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our laundry pickup and delivery services. Specifically, we use your information to:
Schedule, coordinate, and complete laundry pickups and deliveries.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Send order confirmations, scheduling reminders, status updates, and delivery notifications by SMS text message and/or email.
Respond to your questions, requests, and customer service inquiries.
Personalize your experience by remembering your service preferences and laundry instructions.

3. SMS and Text Messaging
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number when scheduling a pickup, creating an account, or otherwise opting in, you expressly consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS text messages from Fresh Cycles KC, including pickup confirmations, scheduling updates, status notifications, delivery alerts, and customer service replies.
Marketing Texts. We will only send promotional or marketing text messages with your separate, prior express written consent as required by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Message Frequency and Charges. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Fresh Cycles KC is not responsible for carrier fees.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@freshcycleskc.com. Please note that opting out of SMS may delay or prevent us from notifying you of pickup or delivery status.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults age 18 and older and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@freshcycleskc.com and we will promptly delete the information.
10. No Sale of Personal Information
Fresh Cycles KC does not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
