Questions, answered.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Set your bag out on pickup day and we'll bring it back to the same spot. We text you when we pick up and again when it's back at your door.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
In under 48 hours. Express is 24 hours or less, for $25 on the first bag and $15 on each additional bag.
What detergent do you use? Can you handle allergies?
You choose: our standard scented detergent, a free and clear option for sensitive skin, or your own detergent left with the bag. Tell us about any allergies when you schedule.
Is my laundry washed separately from other customers'?
Yes, always. Your laundry is washed and dried on its own and never mixed with anyone else's.
Do you treat stains?
We do basic stain treating on every load. We can't promise a stain will come out.
How much fits in a bag?
About a 13-gallon kitchen bag full, around 35 lbs.
Do you wash sheets and comforters?
Yes, king size included. Sheet sets are $8, or $5 for a twin set. Comforters and duvets are $15 for twin, $20 for queen and $25 for king.
How do monthly plans and rollover credits work?
You pay one monthly price and use your pickups as you need them. Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your plan runs through the month you've already paid for, then ends, and you won't be billed again. If you cancel in your first three months, return your Fresh Cycles bags or it's $10 for each bag not returned. Just need a break? Skip a pickup and the credit rolls over for up to 3 months.
